| Garage Sale Permit Application |

Per township ordinance, a permit is required for any garage sale within Caseville Township. You must fill out an application (available above or in our office) and obtain the signed permit from our office. The first permit is free, and every permit thereafter is $2.00 each. The permit should be placed in a prominent location, visible from the street. |
| Porta-John Permit Application |
| Porta-John permits are available free of charge; there is a $25.00 penalty if a signed permit is not obtained. |

A fireworks permit is required for any large-scale fireworks displays - if in doubt, contact our office to determine whether or not a permit is required. Fireworks permits are free of charge. The township has passed an ordinance which restricts the use of fireworks to Friday and Saturday *only*, from 8 PM to 11 PM, Memorial Day through Labor Day. Home Occupancy (Business) Permit Application Caseville Township Ordinance requires that a permit be obtained to run a business from a home residence. The fee for this permit is $25.00. An application must be made through the Caseville Township Planning Commission, which will then determine if a permit is necessary.
